Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are usually processed within 5 business days upon receiving your order. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for their selected shipping provider.

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS.

International orders will be shipped via USPS for the initial domestic movement. Once a package arrives at an international customs position, that package can no longer be tracked by USPS. Customs duties will be charged to customers depending on the country the package is directed to. The customs duties and taxes will vary and we are unable to predict what these charges will be.

Low Priority cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages once it has entered the respective carrier's network or once the package is outside United States borders. Any claims of this nature must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. Replacement of items not received are at the discretion of Low Priority.

RETURNS

All merchandise are excluded from unjustified returns. Returns are only accepted if a product is faulty or heavily damaged during shipping.

Should an error be made to your order (due to incorrect quantity or style), please contact us at info@lowpriority-studio.com or @lowpri_rity on Instagram. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

All items must be returned in their original state, with the inner playing card wrapping untouched. If the previous condition is not met, the items are not eligible for any refunds and/or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any items.

For domestic returns, we will cover the shipping costs to receive the faulty items and send an exchange.

For international returns, we are not responsible for the shipping and duty costs to receive the faulty items. However, we will cover the shipping and duty costs to send an exchange.
